• Weekly sessions with two virtual sessions each week.

• This premium package includes everything burnout support, stress/anxiety support, weight loss coaching/education, chronic care education.
• Unlimited messaging support- I’m with you every step of the way to help support you through your self care journey.
• You may message me between the hours of 4am-5pm for any questions or advice and I will generally reply within 1-2 hours.
• I will check in with you daily.
• This plan will last 3 months due to including everything that I have to offer so it’s the best plan to save vs paying for individual sessions.
